Trying to deal with an insurance company in regards to settling an accident claim is, I found out, not for the faint of heart. I was frustrated and at my wits end when I finally contacted Art. He met with me and was patient, understanding and most importantly to me, spoke in a language I could understand.
I just recently received a check and was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed at the amount. Thank you Art for the time and effort that I know it took for you to get some of the balances reduced. I contacted Arthur Hausmann after being disssatisfied with another attorney. Arthur is friendly and straightforward. He gave me an honest assessment of my situation and presented a plan to remedy it. He went to court on my behalf to discuss the case with the Judge and District Attorney. When I first wrote this letter, my case was being reviewed for conditional dismissal. "I was severely injured on a cruise last year. I had to retain a California attorney to handle my case as the cruise line offices were based there. Art Hausmann was highly recommended to me by mutual friends and family.
I live in Oregon, so we had a long-distance relationship for about nine months, communicating by telephone, mail and E-mail. It was difficult for me to do business with someone I had never met; however, as months passed by, I became very comfortable and confident with Art handling my case.
